  • assess together with you the skills and compentency gaps including the capacity/duration needed
  • create a pre-defined and mutually agreed ‘outcome–based’ Knowledge transfer plan. This plan contains targets and actions to ensure that knowledge and skills are embedded in your teams.
  • We follow a quality monitoring process with monthly ‘check-ins’ involving the supervisors of our client and the interim candidate(s)
  • During these monthly ‘check-ins’ we assess cultural and social aspects to ensure a strong ‘landing’ and integration of our candidates.
  • The feedback of our clients and candidates is highly valued.

  • We conduct surveys and personal feedback sessions to measure the satisfaction of our clients and candidates.
