Experience in interim management
Loes was for 15 years the managing partner for the interim management and outsourcing activities in the largest global consulting and accountancy firm. In those years she built and led a practice of over 600 interim managers. And she structured many complex finance/accounting outsource projects for international corporates.
Her industry experience ranges across a variety of sectors including the Energy sector. Loes has a talent for sensing a cultural fit between clients and interim candidates and she has in-depth experience in the broad area of the finance accounting and assurance domain. She gets energy from building and fostering long term personal relationships, with a focus on quality and a customized approach.

Experience in the Energy sector
Siebe has spent more than 30 years in the Energy sector. His experience spans across many large national and international companies in the Oil & Gas and Utility sector. Including some large TSO’s. He was the lead advisor on many large-scale global projects including complex projects in the Energy Transition like green hydrogen, CCUS and UGS.
Siebe is passionate about the Energy sector and over the past years he has built trusted relations with boardroom members and executives. And for many executives he became a natural coach and supported them on leadership development. He is known for his dedication and strategic insight, he has cultivated a robust network at executive level and excels at aligning leadership talent with the dynamic needs of the energy industry.
